Abstract

The invention relates to a polypropylene matt film, particularly to a matt film, namely a CPP (cast polypropylene) matt film, prepared from mixture type matt master batch completely consisting of high polymers by using a casting method. The CPP matt film is prepared from there layers of raw materials by using the casting method, wherein the layer A is a matt surface layer, the layer B is a core layer, and the layer C is a bottom layer; and the matt film is characterized in that each layer comprises the following compositions in percentage by weight: the layer A: 100% of all-polymer master matt materials; the layer B: 97-98% of polypropylene, and 2.0-3.0% of antistatic agents; and the layer C: 95-97% of polypropylene, and 3.0-5.0% of caking inhibiters. The all-polymer matt master batch comprises the following compositions in percentage by weight: 25-35% of polypropylene, 30-40% of random polypropylene-ethylene copolymer, and 30-45% of linear low-density polyethylene. The CPP matt film provided by the invention not only has the matt performance of the existing BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene) matt film, but also has the advantages of good flexibility, puncture resistance, good tear-resistant performance, and the like as compared with the BOPP matt film.

Twist-wrap film and use thereof as packaging film

Abstract

The invention relates to a twist-wrap film (1, 2, 3) which is produced by coextrusion of a plurality of plastic layers. The inventive film is characterized in that at least a) one or more plastic layer(s) (4, 4) consist of one or more semicrystalline polyolefin(s) having a uniform structure and b) at least one additional layer from an amorphous cycloolefin copolymer (5) having a uniform structure, the layers a) and b) being in direct contact. The selection of an amorphous cycloolefin copolymer having a uniform structure in at least one layer of the inventive twist-wrap film combined with a semicrystalline polyolefin having a uniform structure allows to provide a twist-wrap film that can be easily produced and that has the rigidity required for twist-wrap packagings and a satisfactory deadfold behavior, i.e., recovery behavior.
